Load the TP Total Homes workbook

Reads the "Under Construction" tab: the current builds, "Completed in…" (stored as turned over) and "In Design". Load it again whenever the sheet changes: new builds are added, and builds already here keep what you typed (the sheet only fills blanks and moves them forward).
