Your manager or the Admin keeps these dates. When you renew one, give them the new date. You'll see a warning on My homes ahead of each date (Club ID 2 weeks, Driver's license 4 weeks, Work / spousal permit 60 days before).

🎂 Birthday Month and day only.

Share your birthday with the team? If you do, your team sees it in "Birthdays this week" on My homes. Either way you get a birthday wish, and your manager can see it.

🔊 Menu sounds

A short, quiet sound when you hover over (or tap) the round section logos at the top: a chime for Home Care, a bubble pop for RS Laundry, a splash for Public Spaces, a coin clink for Awards, and more. Your phone's silent switch still applies.

🔐 Sign-in and security

Devices that have signed in to your account. If you sign in on a new one, you get a phone alert and an email. You're signed out after 4 hours without using the portal.
