Storm mode
When a storm is forecast, a manager turns storm mode on. Every home then gets a prep checklist, and later a post-storm damage check, with a live board of progress.
What storm mode does
- A banner on every page for all staff.
- A prep checklist for every home (shutters, furniture, carts, generator, fridge, water heater, locks, photos; pool for PHM homes).
- After the storm, a damage check per home with photos. Any damage shows red on the board and in the morning email.
- A live board: how many homes are done, in progress, not started, or have damage, filterable by Rep and tech.
