Tickets a Rep, PHM or tech says are no longer an issue. Clear closes a ticket in Limble with their note as the reason (and gives them the points); Clear non-issues closes them all. Still an issue leaves it open. A home's own Rep and tech now close their tickets themselves, and anyone else's goes to them to confirm first.
