⚙ Kinds of ticket · Admin: what counts as HVAC, Blocked toilet, Lift station …

A ticket counts when it has one of the Limble tags, or a line of words matches its title or description. One rule per line; join words with + when they must all be there (toilet + blocked). Words of 3 letters or less match whole words (ac won't find "access"); longer ones match the start of a word (block finds blocked, blockage). Except words keep a ticket out (so "AC leaking" isn't a plumbing leak). One ticket can count in more than one kind.
