Service reminders: 🔋 electric carts every month, ⛽ gas carts every 3 months, from the last service date on the service list. The Rep, Tech or PHM a cart is with gets the reminder on their home page and a phone alert; carts with the department stay with you. A cart that's gone to Facilities: choose 🏗 Facilities under With and Save, and it comes off the list.
⬆ Load the service list(the HS or RS CSV / Excel: Serial #, Cart Name, Owner, Department, Make, Year, Date of Service) · last loaded Oct 6
Load both lists at once if you like. A newer "Date of Service" moves the cart on; text like "DUE FOR SERVICE" or "Waiting for Approval" is kept as a note. Also on Admin → Uploads.
