How the points work
- RS and HS leagues: 1 point for each day on the portal · 1 point for each day checking homes (a weekly or arrival check, a home state, or an arrival confirmation) · 2 points for each monthly vote received · 3 points for each manager shout-out · -1 point for each ticket on their homes that passed 30 days open during the period and is still open (an older backlog isn't taken off again every month; points never go below 0).
- RS tickets: 1 point for each Limble ticket the Rep put in · 1 point for each ticket on their homes closed, or 2 if it was closed the same day it was opened.
- HS tickets: 1 point for each ticket on their homes closed, even if someone else completed it · plus 2 if it was closed within 3 days, or 4 if it was closed the same day.
- HVAC techs: they score on HVAC only, not on every ticket on their team's homes. 1 point for each AC unit serviced on or before its due date (90 days after the last service) · -3 for each unit that goes overdue and -1 for each extra week it stays overdue · -1 for each HVAC issue reported at one of their homes, or -2 if that unit was serviced in the 30 days before · 1 back if the issue is fixed the same day. Issues the HVAC team opened themselves don't count, so finding a problem on a service never costs points.
- Propane (HS): the propane tech checks the tanks weekly, so they should never run out. He earns 1 point for each day with no propane request and -1 for each propane request, and nothing for completing propane tickets.
- Chat ⭐: the Admin can give 1, 2, 3 or 5 points for a message that shows good communication in a house chat (Chats page → ⭐ on the message).
- RS only: 2 points for each arrival that was ready: the arrival check done and the home marked Clean before the guests arrived. 🔥 shows a run of 3 or more ready arrivals in a row.
- Homes: Reps and PHMs: the homes they look after. HS techs: the homes on their zone. HVAC techs: their HVAC team's homes. Tickets are Limble work requests (not PMs).
- Dream team: a Rep and an HS tech who share homes. On those homes: days either of them checked a home, tickets closed quickly, arrivals ready, minus old open tickets, plus 3 points each month one voted for the other. Ranked by points per shared home (at least 2 shared homes).
- Votes: each month every Rep and PHM votes for a tech, and every HS and HVAC tech votes for the Rep with the best communication. Votes are private (only the Admin can see who voted for whom) and count once the month has ended.
- Public Spaces: 1 point for each day on shift · 1 point for each area cleaned and scanned (2 minutes or more) · 3 points for each manager shout-out. Areas not scanned or done in under 2 minutes don't score.
- The champion is top of the league; ties share the title. Award cards are extra recognition and don't add points. Last month's champions get a printable certificate.
- Days on the portal are counted from October 2026 (earlier days come from saved changes, so they're undercounted).
