Service reminders: 🔋 electric carts every month, ⛽ gas carts every 3 months, from the last service date on the service list. The Rep, Tech or PHM a cart is with gets the reminder on their home page and a phone alert; carts with the department stay with you. A cart that's gone to Facilities: choose 🏗 Facilities under With and Save, and it comes off the list.

Change the type or the person on as many carts as you like, then Save once. Your changes stay when the next list is loaded.

⬆ Load the service list (the HS or RS CSV / Excel: Serial #, Cart Name, Owner, Department, Make, Year, Date of Service) · last loaded Oct 6

Load both lists at once if you like. A newer "Date of Service" moves the cart on; text like "DUE FOR SERVICE" or "Waiting for Approval" is kept as a note. Also on Admin → Uploads.
